USTA League Tennis is the world's
largest recreational tennis league providing organized, structured team matches
for all ability levels. Approximately 500,000 players compete nationwide, with
over 124,000 adult and senior players coming from the USTA Southern Section, and
nearly 50,000 players in SC alone.
Proposed Changes
to League Structure: The USTA is considering significant changes to the league
age division structure. To give feedback on the proposed change, please email

LEAGUE RESTRUCTURING...
THE OPPORTUNITY!
• Research and focus group results predict a
significant increase in league participation.
• These changes will better align the age
groups with our current and future populations in USTA League.
* Tennis on Campus moving into USTA
League and existing players aging up.
• An increase in players in each age group
should help alleviate two-team league challenge.
• Proposed age restructure expected to produce more competitive match
play and more accurate ratings.
